Doula support for empowered parents

• Research, education and communication with you from hire through postpartum 
• 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each, on Zoom or in person) 
• Being on call for you from week 38 through week 42 
• In-person support during labor and birth 
• One postpartum visit (1-2 hours, in person) 
• Continuous lactation support for 2 weeks postpartum (up to 3 virtual sessions) 
• Phone, text, and/or video support from the time of contract until baby is 4 weeks old 

This is my best seller! In addition to what’s included in the Classic Birth Package, I offer 3 full postpartum visits where I can cook, clean, do light household chores, and offer baby care so you transition into parenthood with support. We can troubleshoot feeding baby (whether bottle feeding, breastfeeding, or combination feeding), learn soothing techniques, and all new 

• Complete in-person birth support (see Classic Birth Package)
• 3 full postpartum visits (up to 3 hours, in person)

For some people, having a doula available virtually is a game changer. Maybe you want your partner and another person in the room with you, but still want an advocate to help you based on their experience and expertise. This package includes everything in the Classic Birth Package, as well as 4 overnight postpartum visits. 

• Complete virtual birth support (see Classic Birth Package)

• 1 prenatal visit to establish your lactation journey, on Zoom
• 2 scheduled lactation calls per week for 2 weeks 
• Continuous phone, text, and/or video support as needed to troubleshoot lactation throughout our lactation agreement
